You may be a start-up or an established agency. We have assisted both.

We replace the need for you to appoint a Bookkeeper and an External Tax Accountant.

If you outsource the Bookkeeping and Tax work to us, you don’t have to manage the process. This frees you to do what you do best – and that is run a recruitment business. We don’t take sick leave or annual leave. We are there for you every week of the year.

You receive your financial reports by the 5th working day of the new month.

The BAS is lodged accurately and on time.

We provide an independent assessment of your financial state, every month.


Back-office Business Service

We do everything required to complete the full financial reporting for your business. This includes your internal payroll.

If you request, we will chase outstanding debtors.

Cash flow is critical in a recruitment business, so each week we prepare a 90-day cash forecast.

Our monthly P&L’s are presented in the standard financial manner (typically XERO or MYOB). We also re-arrange them into a clean, simple and easy to understand management report suitable for a quick assessment by a busy Owner.

Based on our own real-life recruitment ownership experience, we submit a monthly financial analysis of your business. This cuts through to the most critical financial aspects you should be aware of.

All our reports are presented in a form suitable for a recruitment business – because that’s all we do.

Tax Service

We lodge your BAS and can negotiate on your behalf with the ATO regarding a request for a delay or even a payment plan.

We prepare and lodge the annual tax return for the Company and the Principals of your business.

We lodge your monthly IAS if that applies to you.

Based on our many years of practical agency ownership experience and the expertise of our Tax Accountant – we can guide you through the options available to you as a small business owner.

Payroll and Invoicing Service

After the temp or contractor has lodged their web-based timesheet, we process the payroll and raise the invoice to the client.

Your investment in time is restricted to the approval process and making one bank transfer.

We provide customised, easy to read and understand operational reports on temp or contractor activity.

We have a close association with APositive if you require funding for temps/contractors or perm placements.


Our Bookkeeper and Tax Accountant respond within the same day to any questions you may have.

If you become too busy during the working week, our Principal is available after hours or on weekends to discuss your business.

We have personal experience running agencies and know that you can run out of time during a frantic week to devote attention and headspace to the business side of your agency.

Our bookkeeping and tax service is available all year round.


You can engage us for both or one service only.

Back-office Business and Tax Service

This is charged at a flat rate of $600 per month.

It includes weekly bookkeeping, BAS lodgement, tax returns, business advice.

A big saving on the cost of an external Accountant and an internal Bookkeeper.

Payroll and Invoicing Service

We process the payroll (or contractor invoice) and raise the sales invoice to the client at a cost of $10 per temp/contractor per pay period.

This cost is controllable as you only pay for the number of temps or contractors processed per week.

This service is the labour charge for administering your payroll. We replace the need for an internal person to run your payroll.
